  • Beware of this company! Rented a turbo RZR 1000 from Frank at Mormon Lake and specifically asked him about the belt. He ensured me everything is always looked over and the machines are maintained to high standards. After going 5.6 miles the machines belt breaks and the machine can no longer be used. At this point I called Frank and asked him to come look at the machine. He drove out and looked at the machine and said he could put on a new belt because of some other issue with the machine. At this point, he towed the machine (with me driving) back to his facility. I asked about a refund since it had already been too late in the day to continue any ride. He said his mechanic would come look over the machine and he would let me know about the refund as long as everything was okay. Two hours later I received a video from Frank saying everything was good and his mechanic got the belt on with no problem. Frank informed me the belt went because of driver error. He charged me the full days rental $400.88 and the damage deposit of $1000.00. This place is running a fraudulent business and looking to scam customer. Stay away from this company, as you will regret the hassle and heartache of dealing with Frank and Octane Thrills.
