  • Very flavorful food. I had the rare beef pho, which had a tasty broth redolent with star anise. Service needs improvement, though. Our waiter seemed like he'd rather be anywhere but here. Also, he did not bring out the table salad that goes with the pho. We had to ask for it, and by the time it arrived, we were halfway done with the meal. How hard is it to plate some bean sprouts, basil, jalapeño, and lime? Will probably return, and hopefully service will improve.
