  • They're always busy with limited hours, 7am-1230pm (lunch) then 130pm-3pm. There seems to be only 1 employee doing everything. The same rude female phlebotomist seems to always be there, with her angry face on. She either hates her job or just hates people or both. Either way her job is dealing with people so she should suck it up and pretend to be nice. I cringe going in and seeing that she's there. But I have no choice on location because this is the closest to me.
