  • If I could give 0 stars I would. I had my wisdom teeth removed at another location. I was already diagnosed with dry Sockets by my main dentist and got the paste packings placed. Today is Saturday and my dentist office was not open. I called this office and explained the situation, I was in extreme pain and the only thing that helps is the paste. I asked if the dentist would be able to place the paste and help me to relive this awful pain. I was told to come in right away- Finally relief. After coming in and waiting over an hour, the dentist looked in my mouth and then told me "its office policy that we don't touch an oral surgeons work, I give you empathy but you need to go back to the surgion who pulled them I can't help you" He then proceeded to tell me the surgeon never should have had me see my regular dentist for post op care... and that no other dentist in the valley would help me because its a standard policy everywhere. I am now sitting in another office who is going to help me. I feel like they wasted 2 hours of my day while I was in pain, and tricked me into coming into the office.
