  • Worst place to rent a car , i made a minivan reservation , when i went there to pick up , they said they had no minivan available and it will take about 2 hrs to get one. Front desk clerk told me she will call me as soon as the van gets there and as i waited after 2 hrs and never called me. I tried to call them , but they didnt answer. So i went there in person after 2hrs waiting, still didnt had a van. I told em , you took my reservation even if you had no availability and he said unfortunately we take reservation even if they had no minivan availability. And i just shook my head and left. Vacation ruined! Dont go here! This place should be No Star!
