  • Worst haircut I've ever had... i went there months back for a simple Bob which I got and was happy with. Tonia has such great reviews I thought I found a great stylist. I went back for a more drastic cut from shoulder length to very short, I'm not sure what to call it. I gave her a pic of what I wanted and assumed she knew what she was doing. She butchered my hair. I left there in tears and almost bald. I kid you not if I hadn't stopped her I might be bald. I look like a man and I'm so beyond upset. It looks like a 10 year old chopped my hair in my sleep. The worst part about all of it is that rather offering to fix it or just simply apologizing she blamed me. She refused to accept that she messed up. She kept telling me it was my hairs fault because of the way it grows. I truly talented person of the craft would know that hair is trainable with product and finesse. She just kept cutting until it was almost gone because she said it wouldn't have worked longer due to the growth pattern. I told her I could have used product to tame it. She got an attitude with me and kept telling me otherwise. i was too upset to even argue. At the end when I refused to pay full price see actually said to me "is this your hormones or something". I'm 35 weeks pregnant. She honesty thought that was an appropriate question. I wasn't hormonal I was sick to my stomach when I looked in the mirror. If I can attach a picture I will and any one can see that what she did IS NOT a professional haircut. I will never go there again and I wouldn't recommend her. This is my first time writing a review for anything. I typically don't but that's how bad it is and how upset I am. This happened today 05/28/16. I posted pix on their picture slides.
