  • My spouse went to Discount Tire on Azure Drive, Las Vegas, NV on Friday, Dec 22nd to replace a tire Kumho Solus KL21 65R/17103T for my vehicle & spoke with the counter person (forgot his name) & was advised to check back after Christmas & the tire which was ordered will be in. My husband went back today, Dec 26th to check on the status & was advised by Assistant Manager, Attila Herczeg, there is no record of this tire being ordered. I've been an ongoing customer of this Discount Tire & brought my nephew visiting from Cape Cod, MA for a tire repair & he ordered 4 new tires with this facility. Service has always been great. My spouse also obtains tire services through this location. I believe the Assistant Manager or Manager would have done everything possible today to accommodate seeing as it was an oversight on their part & not just inform the tire wasn't ordered. All I can advise is to check & recheck to make certain an order was placed and followed through. I'm disappointed in the service or lack thereof.
