FIRST OFF, I AM CUBAN. How does one ruin a Miami Cuban Sandwich?? It can be done. The bread was so hard I could barely chew it and had to discard part of it. I took half the sandwich home to give to the dog. The roast beef on the sandwich was tasteless, very small amount of ham, and the Swiss cheese was there, but heated away outside of the sandwich by their sandwich press. So much mayo it dripped out when trying to bite the hard bread. I NEVER had nor put mayo on any Cuban sandwich I made or got in Miami. I didn't taste any pickles on it, either. I would have sent the sandwich back but I was with my son. I won't go back. I can cook my own Cuban sandwich much better. It's a nice place, the employees, are very professional & friendly.
