  • This company is completely terrible! This location gives you an option to wait to speak to a representative but it just puts you in hold for a few minutes and disconnects. Happened to me just now twice. Also, only 5 locations s actually take drug screening for schools/employers. Their toll free number sent me to a location that didn't do the drug screen I need for nursing school...even though that was exactly what I asked for. So frustrated with this company!
