  • All in all the whole experience was stressful because of my teething baby and the long wait time, which was three hours. Dr. Lopez is very thorough and patient. He truly has a gift. I felt he truly cared about my baby's well being when most doctors treat you like you are just another appointment. The staff were also kind and compassionate with my cranky baby. The problem was that she needed her eyes dilated which takes twenty minutes. After they gave her the drops they had us waiting for at least forty-five minutes so when she was finally seen by the doctor again, the dilation didn't read right. I think these are great people that truly care but they are overwhelmed with too many patients and are way too busy to always deliver the proper care.
