  • We love staying at the Flamingo! Have stayed here a few times, upgrade to a GO room, its a quite a bit better than a standard room. The location of the Flamingo makes it one of our favorite places to stay in Vegas, right in the center of everthing at a pretty good rate. We also love going to the pool, have been in both pools, if you want something calm stay in the family friendly pool, if you are in the mood for a more party like atmosphere go the GO Pool. The drink prices are comparable for Las Vegas, they do have some nice souvenir cups there. The casino itself is for the most pretty lively at times, the sportsbook is ok here, and they do have a few good options here in their food court. The convience stores in here are decent too for anything you need or forgot at home, and they do have a entrance to the monorail system here. The Flamingo is one of the better places to stay in Vegas, it may not have everything a person wants, but fits my needs great.
