  • Wonderful! I'm not from Phoenix so when myself and two friends walked into Frost out of curiosity, we had an employee of the name Nicole come right up and welcome us. Well we were just looking at what was there, and she grabbed some sample spoons and had us taste the salted caramel. DELICIOUS! She gave me recommendations to what would go good with what, she had conversations with us. She was just wonderful! The gelato was wonderful! She knew all this information on the company. And she was quick. Amazing service! We spoke to the manager that was there and even she was great. The other lady (I didn't catch her name) I was watching her with the other customers and she was as well. I love this place and wish I lived near by. OR that there was another one in LA. LOVE IT!
