The staff are always very rude to me and I try to be the absolute nicest and most understanding customer as I have worked retail and, trust me, I know how it can get. When it was my turn in line, she literally just handed me a number and walked away. I had no idea where to go, or which change room to go into. I think it should be policy that the employee walk the customer to the change room assigned to avoid any embarrassing mishaps for the customer.
