  • DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I wish there was a zero option to give this establishment! It's not even work a half of a star! I signed up during the winter to have a place to run at. The few months I was there at this specific location, everyone was so nice! I decided since the weather was nice, I would cancel it and start running outside. I gave my notice of the cancellation on the 25th and was STILL charged my monthly fee on the 28th. They tried telling me I should freeze my account instead because I would want to come back. I didn't feel that was my best option. I let him know I would be fine paying the fee, he replied to me "ha, good we like people like you that waste your money!" After I signed the papers to cancel, I went to leave and it was a pretty ugly day that day. I started walking out the door the guy said to me "good luck running outside." So disrespectful and disgusting. I was planning on returning but I will NEVER be back to give this establishment another penny! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!! This was posted on behalf of my best friend who isn't comfortable complaining about a bad service.
