  • My washing machine was not completing the final spin therefore called this company to fix. They came out to fix the repair (drain was clogged) and was charged around $150. Afterwards while doing some laundry I heard some water spilling out. One would assume this issue was from the repair that was completed as this noise never occurred before. Called the company within the 90 day warranty to take a look at the noise. The technician came out and it happens to be the drain behind the machine. The company had to charge me another service fee (~$85) as they came out to look at the issue and it wasn't the original issue. When I called the company to speak to the Owner he was extremely rude and disrespectful. Anyone would assume that this issue was from the repair and a service call wouldn't be applied. The technician was literally here for 5 minutes and couldn't provide any form of a discount. I would never use this company again. They're a rip off.
