  • Five stars for getting me out on an earlier plane that planned from New Jersey. One star for an a 1-hour late departure in Toronto, and me just barely making my connecting flight, although my bag did not. What a headache! U.S. Customs/Immigration and security all took over an hour. They need to work with the airport to streamline the process a lot, since we held the plane for about six people for an hour. If the luggage is on, and they are not there within 15 minutes of the posted departure time, they need to get those bags out of there and not hold the whole plane hostage to six people.
