I give the service consultant 4 stars for giving me good customer service but after getting my car back they lacked the multi-point inspection report that was promised. After taking my newly purchased 2012 Acura TL to Hendrick Acura for a multipoint inspection, the technician did not perform the free multi-point inspection as indicated on the billing statement. The service consultant said my car is fine and nothing is wrong with it. After taking it back home, I noticed the oil guage was over filled and the transmission dipstick showed that there was less than desirable transmission fluid left. I had to drive to Honda to buy new transmission oil to fill it up between the dots. I also did not receive the multi-point inspection report that I usually receive from Honda Dealerships. Make sure if they offer the free multipoint inspection, make sure they give you a report of the findings. I will not take my car here again. I will just stick with Priority Honda.
