  • I wouldnt come back here. Go to Umiya instead!! Near Palms place. Soooo much better. Came here for a late lunch and upgraded mine for dinner ayce. Took forever for orders to come out and i dont know why considering the restaurant was getting emptier by the minute. We sat at the bar too. Also the cut of the nigiri sushi was the smallest and roughest cuts ive seen so far in lv and they were all pretty bland. The chef didnt even understand my orders very well. He assumed I meant 4pcs and not 4 orders which really annoyed me since their 1 order is considered 2pcs!!! I think sushi mon also does small cuts but their quality is so much better so its forgivable. Fyi...i didnt have a japanese sushi chef nor an asian one which i think another reason why he was so slow and cut the fish so poorly... Once he knew i was annoyed he started picking up the pace but i literally had to drown my sushi in soy sauce bc they tasted like nothing. Maybe they had a off day...dont matter cuz there shouldnt be one. Consistency is key.
