  • I purchased a ring from Randy a little over a month ago and he went ABOVE AND BEYOND to find me "the ring"! I wanted the ring to have blue diamonds and he sent it out quickly and got an answer in two days. Although it couldn't be done on my ring he was amazing and professional! Fast forward 6 weeks and I bring the ring back after some deep thought on my blue diamonds. Not only did he (and his coworker Melinda) remember me and my ring, but when I asked to return it, they gave me NO GRIEF! They accepted it back and because it was such an amazing experience with no guilt or shame, I decided to stay loyal to this store and purchased several items and a beautiful citizen watch! If you need anything... Ask for Randy or Melinda! AMAZING SHOPPING EXPERIENCE!!!
