| - I believe I was to be on the same scheduled flight as Michael D., whose review of Nancy B. "Nan" - Gate Agent for United Airlines, was so very uncomplimentary. The review was not written about the business (United Airlines) but of an individual, which I feel is highly inappropriate, especially since he took a photo of "Nan" and posted it, which, I assume, was without her knowledge or consent as opposed to the business - United Airline. (Review dated 04/14/2015)
We did not have the same experience with "Nan" that Michael D. says he had - so possibly, Michael D. was just having a bad day. She was personable, approachable, and extremely professional, and did all she could to help anyone that sought out her help with the challenges of this flight. Perhaps, it was not "Nan" that was rude, unfriendly or disrespectful - perhaps, it was Michael D. How many of us have witnessed a rude and disrespectful flier?
In my opinion, United should be happy they have such a dedicated employee who is willing to go above and beyond to help her customers, and to do it well, in the age of unfortunate flight delays, cancellations, etc., on many airlines.
I will flag the photo of "Nan" and let Yelp know that the photo does not seem to fall into their Photo and Video Guidelines.

Photo and Video Guidelines
Business photos and videos should be broadly relevant to the business and reflect the typical consumer experience (e.g., what the business looks like, what the business offers, etc.).
If you post a photo or video that showcases a more unique personal experience with a business (e.g., your smiling group of friends at the bar, the fly in your soup), we may remove it from the photo gallery for the business, but it still may appear alongside your review if you write one about the business.
If you see a questionable photo or video, please flag it so our moderators can take a look.
