  • Poor customer service I walked in with a friend that is a regular two people just sitting there I asked my friend who sat in the chair with no appointment who was doing my nails since the discussion was between her and the nail tech.....the guy discussed it with the other one that was siting around and asked me to sit in the chair he then says are you getting a full set i respond no I'm not he then says oh I don't do manicures. Never properly asked what I needed done in the beginning put me In the chair to tell me oh he don't do the services that I need so I had to get out the chair. I will never come back to this place again they don't greet you when you walk in and they just sit there and stare at you especially the person at the front desk POOR PLACE FOR A BUSINESS I will continue to go where I normally go!!! I recommend that no one comes here if you want good customer service! Customer service is the key to keeping a good business and customers coming back and this business does not meet my customer satisfaction needs.
