  • I came here with a pretty large party (9 people). This place is REALLY small and I wouldn't recommend large parties coming here, but we came here relatively late, so they were able to manage a table for us in a reasonable amount of time. They were very accommodating, and their service was great throughout our dinner, and so for that I gave major props. They have a pretty wide selection for the AYCE, which I think came out to about ~$26 a person. We got mostly nigiri, and got almost one of everything. What I especially liked is that their proportions of rice to fish. There's much more fish and very little rice, BUT we started noticing that as we ordered more, they start packing on the rice a little more. Not horribly more, but it was significant enough for us to know that they wanted to fill us up haha. But even then, the quality of the fish was pretty good, especially for AYCE. Everything looked and tasted fresh. Even the Uni, which I'm usually a little iffy trying at an AYCE place, because typically AYCE sushi joints have old or not good quality Uni, but the uni here was pretty good. Not the best at it, but good enough to get that buttery taste that you crave from a GOOD piece of uni. The rolls are good also, but they're just like any other rolls. They have a couple signature dishes. One of them was this watermelon roll, which is a small plate of little sushi rolls, but instead of having the rice and seaweed look, it was wrapped in thin slices of cucumbers with an assortment of some fish inside. It gave it a really crisp and light texture, which was very refreshing. I'd definitely recommend that. They have a couple other signature dishes (I can't remember what they were). I do remember that they were pretty good, but didn't stand out as much as this watermelon roll. I'd come back, preferably with a smaller group so that I don't have to wait as long, or come late cause they're open until 3AM! And they have some good happy hour deals with some good hot sake!
