rev:text	Just go! The experience, the food, the people are not to be missed. The process of ordering, paying for your meal, and finding a seat are a unique experience. Watching the preparation of the tacos, mulas, and quesadillas is like watching artists at work. And I absolutely loved the tripas--best I've ever had. Everyone in our group of five was happy with their respective orders, and I certainly will be back the next time we're in Vegas.
