  • This dealership is CRAP! First impressions for service was terrible. Came in for a simple oil change appointment. I arrive and am not greeted by anyone in the service department for 10 minutes. I would understand if there were many people but I was the only customer waiting. All the employees just seemed so busy on their computers! I finally received help and was promptly advised that my oil change would take 2.5-3 hours to complete - they were backed up with other jobs. Nice! No apologies! If this was the case a courtesy call would have been nice beforehand! No regard for customer service. If this is how they treat the customer, I do not even want to imagine the quality of mechanics! No thanks. Other low ratings about Gyro are correct. Thanks for wasting my time! Adios! My business is going elsewhere!
