| - I have been living at The Nines apartments since May 2015. My initial move in experience was less than desirable with the OLD staff that is no longer there. Without going in detail, the OLD staff at the time was running the place into the ground. I recently had the pleasure to meet one of the new office managers Cat Z. who updated me on some of the changes and improvements the property is devoting itself too. I'll admit, just in the last 2 months I have started to see more improvements in the landscaping, garbage clean-up and lighting....Yes, lighting on the property. This property is an older building with a 70's retro unique design of the units with bamboo tile flooring that first appealed to me as well as the rental rate. Very nice old growth trees and the exterior walkways to the units are very shaded with trees in the plaza areas. The location is great with a Whole Foods, Chipolte and Starbucks nearby. The common areas including re-modeling the recreation rooms are currently in the completion phase. After meeting Cat and very pleased how professional she was and the time she took to respond to my recent maintenance requests; I feel with the current changes Trinity Properties have taken with the new staff; this property has so much potential with its living character, great location, natural old growth greenery and current rates. Giving the new staff more time to continue the work they have done; Like I said the property has so much potential and I believe with some of the recent changes and some time this property has the potential for 5 stars. I will point out that one thing particular concerns me is how expensive the water, sewage, garbage bill , I just received has gone up every month almost $10.00!! The Nines has a company called AUM that manages sewer, water, trash which are three separate fees in addition to there company service fee and an HOA fee taxed on. I would inquire about his and carefully consider how this will add up to your rent. Just an FYI
