| - Well, I laid out about $8000 for a new spa. It was supposed to come with a 5 year warranty. When the paperwork was all done, guess what? No warranty.
They refuse to do e-mails, they refuse to text, they never return phone calls, and they don't respond to snail mail.
I finally got the to say that there was a 5 year warranty in an e-mail (that was a chore)
So, I called to set up delivery.
They sold my spa. So, I said I want my money back if you think I'm going to wait a month.
They wouldn't give me my money back (I know, shocking, right?) because it was a "special order spa."
But guess what? They had it ready to deliver in less than a week.
These people do nothing at all but lie.
When the spa was delivered, it was delivered with no specs, no instructions, no warranty, literally nothing at all.
Then, when I mentioned that one of the "plugs" was not sitting in the hole and kept falling out, the installer told me that I need to seal it in with some silicone. I paid eight grand to have to silicone my own plug on my spa that isn't even one hour old?
Plus, it's supposed to be an "ozone spa." and doesn't need chlorine.
Total lie. there is no ozonater. Unbeleivable. Instead of getting an eight thousand dollar quality spa (which is what I thought I was getting) I got a $3000 spa that was just marked UP five grand.
Avoid these people at ALL costs.
