I saw Logon Carter, my service advisor, outside the dealership and I remembered that I had not scheduled an appointment for a recall notice I had received. The second he saw me he asked me how the car was driving and when I brought up the recall he told me to bring it in on my next day off which happened to be the next day. When I got in and the tech ran a quick diagnostic I was told that I had some upcoming service that will be due and that they would take care of it along with the recall so that I would not have to waste time on a future trip. I was told the car would be ready the next day because of software updates and some reprogramming which was not an issue since I had the free loaner. To my surprise Logan called me a few hours later and told me the reprogram that was supposed to be overnight was finished by the techs early and I could pick up my car before the end of the day. Process was perfectly easy as always and my car was washed and ready to go when I went in to get it. Another awesome experience with Logan.
