  • I ordered business cards from this company 3 years ago, and they were good clear prints. I should have trusted the recent 1 star reviews on this business. I ordered business cards again last month, and every single one was off center with a white line on the edge. Customer service was dismal. I emailed them asking why my cards were off center, and the reply was a non-answer full of grammar and spelling mistakes, merely saying the red line on their template was where they cut the cards (though my image extended far beyond the red line). It took me almost a week to get a more concise answer, because they took so long between replies to my emails. In the end it turns out they can't even cut things on center "because it's a machine cuts not a human". I paid for these business cards and customer service did not solve my problem. The only good thing I can say is that the postcards I ordered were decent quality and cheap.
