  • Unfortunately, I have to change my review. I gave the office ONE MORE SHOT and sat in the waiting room for 2 hours with my toddler. When I asked for an update she said it would be another 10 minutes until we would be given a room and from there it could be up to an hour to be seen. I asked for a refund of my co-pay and we walked out. At some point you just have to say enough is enough, there are plenty of great healthcare providers out there who also VALUE their patients time. We have an appointment tomorrow with St. Rose Pediatrics, fingers crossed I am not in a waiting room for 2+ hours again!
