| - Don't go here...just don't, unless of course you enjoy paying for unnecessary and expensive dental work. My insurance dropped my long time Dentist so I gave these guys a shot. It had been a year or more since my last cleaning so I allowed them to take X-rays, and eventually agreed to the deep cleaning that they insisted that I needed. They also insisted that I needed 2 crowns and a filling for the cost of $3000plus out of pocket. I declined those procedures and went to my long time Dentist for a second opinion. He gave me a small filling for $40 and sent me on my way. 6 months later I go back for my routine cleaning, I check in and I'm told that I'll owe $113...hmmm, no, I have insurance and it covers my routine visits. "No" they tell me, that because I did the deep clean last time I am agreed to deep cleanings every 3 months, forever. Odd, I don't remember being told this, I was not notified of an appointment 3 months ago. I tell them that I wish to have the basic cleaning that my insurance covers please. Nope sorry, we can't do that, I'm told. You'll have to get approval from the office manager to change your appointment type. Oh, so now your office manager is making medical decisions on my behalf...yeah no thanks, cancel my appointment please. I never heard from them again. My dental health was never their priority.
