  • Currently renting here but cant wait to end my lease. This place is ghetto! It has trash and dog poop everywhere , kids are too loud in the afternoon, Broken playground, Broken gyms ,some neighbors always party in weekend. Manager is always hiding in his office not approachable and bitchy attitude of front desk except Joanna she's very nice.Oh too many charges fee! updated*** new appliances but still the rent fee same as like you paying a luxury apartment. Also, if you want to pay your rent online be prepared ro pay $25 service fee.
