  • Worst hotel stay ever. Drove for 4 hours from VA and arrived at 3:40. Walked up to the desk and was told "we have no rooms available...sit tight" while he worked on paperwork and didnt even look at me. I asked what time check in was and he replied "anytime after 3:00. I said "its 3:40" and he said to me "I know what time it is....we were booked full last night and the rooms aren't clean yet. I have never been to a hotel where the rooms were not ready AFTER the check in time. This employee was extremely rude to me....never welcomed me or asked my name....just said...no rooms sit tight. It was 40 min before my room was "ready". When I got to my room I noticed there was no tv remote. Called down and the brought one. I left for the night and when I returned I went to use the bathroom and there was no TP. Not even an empty roll. Then I noticed what I assume was a yellow maid cloth left on the corner of the tub. Gross. I went downstairs and the guy that was supposed to be working behind the desk was sitting in the lounge area on a laptop. This place seems to have nobody in charge. Its chaos. I am a marriott gold elite member and travel a lot but I will never stay in this hotel again. BEWARE.
