  • I'm not a BBQ expert but this is the best I've tried. I lucked out on my first visit... went off hours with my girlfriend on a weekend afternoon. Jamel is funny and does a good job. OK... there are some kinks in coordinating kitchen and bar service. The biggest problem is the limited (especially indoor!) seating... this restaurant really needs a bigger location. No indoor seating for hours in advance a lot of times... so plan to use the Opentable link to schedule. I'd give it 4+ stars on food... I hope they work the location/service issues out! I like the Tavern Burger w/ pulled pork and sides.. just plan for stretch shorts and a couch siesta after!
