  • Bad business practices and rude owner. I got a Groupon and came to the salon. I had been here once in 2010 when I was a student. Didn't read the fine print. Ok but again was here 6 years ago. Started the highlights and the stylist immediately told me that it would be an extra $40 for toner. I agreed to that. Then she told me that I couldn't use my coupon and wanted to charge me $145. I just paid for the highlights and left. Come in at your own risk and be prepared to pay up.
