  • I choose Troy's due to the good feedback and reviews about the great clean-up (like they weren't even there after they were done). Well, I am a 58 yr old disabled lady that now has to clean-up my rocks, tar paper and other mess they left. I even spoke to them about this when they were here and they did what they thought was okay, and when I pointed out all the areas they had not attended to, they did nothing! Originally when Troy came out to see my pest infected Ash tree, he advised it was infected with Borers and had enough green to be saved with pesticide for $80. When the crew came to do the job I was advised that my tree was dead from the inside out, wasn't infected with borers and needed to come down especially due to my HOA. But, I could have the stump made into a chair which looks completely ridiculous and now I will have to pay another tree service to cut that down. Be certain to get what you want in writing specifically before you agree to any work, so you do not end up cleaning-up their mess! No, I would never use their service again!
