  • Magnolia's is a great place to dine if you are in the search for a prime rib dinner in Vegas for under $15. Coming in at $14.99, their prime rib is deliciously prepared with the dipping sauce and horseradish. This place can get really busy around dinner time, but we have seemed to always time it right. When we leave, there is usually a long line of folks waiting to get in. If you drive, park in the Four Queens parking structure. Magnolia's will validate your parking ticket if you dine there. This is perfect if you want to walk around Fremont street afterwards.
