  • Discount Tire is a good company with good customer service. I purchased some tires and rims just before Thanksgiving and got great rebates from Discount tire. The Bad: Probably the worst rebate system I ever experienced. It was a horrible trying to get $320 that was owed to me. I tried to do the rebate on-line - don't try. It never went through - and no company correspondence. So, I had to send the information via US Mail. It took almost two months and 4 phone calls. Note: If you don't get the vouchers in on time - you won't get the rebate. Discount Tire Company - If you read this e-mail be aware that your rebate program system is a disgrace - it cheapens the reputation of you company.
