| - Let's be honest, no one really enjoys a trip to the dentist, but overall I was satisfied with Dr. Dash and his team. I'm a college student and had to use a place that accepted my not-too-great health insurance, so when I had to get my wisdom teeth removed this past summer, my dentist recommended this office.
All in all, the experience is fine for someone tight on finances. The office is a little scary, but it is adequate and clean. Once my procedure was approved, they were able to schedule and complete it within a week. Dr. Dash talked me through the procedure and was very personable, and the nurses, while busy, were kind. The surgery itself was quick and relatively low on pain. I followed all the post-operational instructions and experienced no issues in the healing process.
The reason for the three-star rating is because of the appointment scheduling. I realize that in this type of office, there is a high rate of no-shows, causing them to double book. However, when I was scheduled for my post-op appointments, I consistently sat in the office for 45 minutes to an hour waiting to be seen for about a 5 minute checkup. This was pretty frustrating for someone balancing a full-time work and school schedule.
If you choose this office, just make sure you have plenty of time blocked out for the appointments.
