  • With the mediocre Yelp reviews and huge line-ups, I was so ready to be disappointed by this place. Let's just say I came out ready to go back. Together, we ordered the Tomato flavoured noodle soup with extra beef slices, pickled cabbage noodle soup with fish slices and extra lamb, slice beef and ox tongue in szechuan chill sause, brown sugar sticky rice, and cheese green tea drink (we went all out). We loved everything we ordered! The soups definitely hits the spot as they came steaming and they soak up all the flavours from the ingredients. Notable mentions would be the beef and ox tongue and brown sugar stick rice, which we gobbled down. They seemed to be popular sides that other tables ordered as well. The cheese green tea drink was pretty good, and I imagine it would be a good complement to any spicy soup bases. I will share some cons - the noodles were not as chewy as I would like, the amount of beef/meat slices that come with the noodle soup is probably not enough if you enjoy meat, and obviously, the line ups can be long. I will say worth it on this spot!
