  • Will never return there nor recommend it to anyone I like. I bought a deal for 90 min treatment. Carmen, who did it for me, walked in about 15 min late and when I asked her if I am still getting a 90 min thing she said that it's usually 1 hour and 20 minutes, it varies from client to client. Like they need time to discuss their products and some people want to buy their packages. When I was going to the treatment room, she was talking to two women who just had their treatment. It's the first time I hear that 90 min also include a chat with the previous clients about their beauty needs! Out of MY 90 min! And then she finished 10 min earlier, so overall treatment took slightly over an hour :/ The clock in the room runs about 15 min ahead, so if I didn't check my phone I wouldn't realize right away that the appointment was that much shorter than it should be. That's so not cool! Why would I consider coming back and pay full price when my time is disrespected like that. It's just unprofessional. The whole thing wasn't anything special. I can believe that she's using quality organic products, but that's they only reason I am giving them 2 stars and not one. The thing is, if they can lie to your face like that about things you can check, what happens behind the doors? I am talking about infection control. She's not very thorough with the clients, why would she be particular about changing towels/barriers for every single client?... The interior décor was very impressive though. I liked it. So, I have convinced myself that my time and money were not wasted, but it was not a deal that was promised to me when I bought it. The place is not trustworthy.
