  • I've experienced what most reviewers have shared. I purchased my furniture December 14 with 2-3 week delivery and I was told that that the manufacturer ran out of the selected style. I call again the following week and they said that the docks went on strike and they don't know how long it will take for the furniture to arrive. No one ever apologized or offered to do anything for us. I asked for the floor model and they did let me take it. I ended up purchasing the couches, dining table, coffee & end tables. Luckily, I requested free delivery for the inconvenience and they granted my request. The drivers forgot the pillows that came with the couches and when I called a rude store associate said I have to call the manager tomorrow. I wanted to drive there and pick them up myself but apparently they were not included with my sofas. They wanted me to pay $80 per pillow! (4 pillows) when I purchased the sofas I was told they were included!!! I'm disappointed in the way they handle every situation. I was planning to return and order custom made chairs and more but after this experience I refuse to buy anything from them again.
