  • ****I posted this exact review on FB and they blocked me. Truth hurts ?**** I just started going here in October and it has been one thing after another. I'm really disappointed. 1. I was going in for b12 injections and my thyroid blood work so I was going in often. Twice I had to wait over an hour. Once just to see a medical assistant and there was not a single patient in the waiting room other than me. Other times maybe 20-30 min wait, which was odd when I often was the only patient in the waiting area. Didn't bother me much, but on top of other things it got me thinking. 2. I had an ultrasound done on my thyroid. I've been having them done for years to keep an eye on a some nodules, on in particular that was questionable. After my in office u/s they told me I had no nodules. I specifically asked if the nodules disappeared and the NP said they must have. I thought that was fantastic news. A month later (after I decided to take my labs to an endocrinologist because the NP didn't seem to know what she was talking about in regards to my borderline high TSH levels and wanting to lower me medication) my endo felt large nodules by Hand and immediately did an in office ultrasound. They found not one, not two, but THREE large nodules. One that took up a quarter of my thyroid and all three needed to be biopsied. My endo was confident they had been there all along judging by the sizes. When I politely asked Molly at ma'am exams to consider removing the $200+ u/s charge, she said she would look into it with their medical director and get back to me in a few days. After not hearing from her for almost two weeks I called and she told me they would not remove the charge. 3. My very first red flag was right after I first started going there back in October I found out the NP and her medical assistant both treating me had either resigned or been terminated TOGETHER, whichever one it was has me questioning either way. Sketchy for sure. But again I tried to not question and remain understanding. And again, now that I put all that has happened over the last short 4 months together, I can say that I am very disappointed with this office that does a really good job marketing. Just not a good job caring for their patients. I do not recommend them. I feel as though I've been nothing but understanding. Then when I ask for their understanding with the u/s charge (because now I need to pay for two) they would not take responsibility for their mistake and make it right.
