  • Lang Van is a true example of what exceptional customer service is. While this is probably my favorite Vietnamese place in Charlotte, I don't come here as often as I would like. That being said, the staff makes a true connection with customers. Last time we were in, the owner greeted me with a hug and ask where my mom was. The last time we had been in (months ago!), we brought my mom with us. How could she have remembered that?? With the hundreds of customers, I'm always impressed with the staff remembers our last order, or a favorite drink. Top notch! Food is fresh and flavorful. We like to do the build-you-own spring rolls, but have enjoyed the crispy yellow pancakes, and the shrimp and pork spring rolls. Pho is great, but so is literally everything else on the menu. Branch out - try to chicken lemongrass or a vermicelli dish! Will continue to recommend Lang Van as a great spot!
