  • This group deserves a negative number. No matter what office you go to you have at least a two hour wait. The last visit I took my mother to our appointment was with Dr. Tran he was incredibly rude. He refused to answer questions and just told my mother she had to have a procedure but would not explain why. Then he answered his phone in the middle of lecturing us and telling us he was a dr and not to question him. He kept my mother on medications that made her ill and would not change her meds. Every time we have met with a Dr. there we wait over 2 hours and treated like cattle.
