The next stop on my Reuben adventure took me to Eddie's Place, somewhere I didn't even know existed until I found them on yelp searching for Reubens. The place was a decent spot and the service was good.
The Reuben was fairly average - standard ingredients well proportioned with a very good amount of tasty Swiss. But nothing else about the Reuben stood out - average corned beef, buttery rye bread, and sour kraut from a can (or bag). Which doesn't mean it's a bad reuben, just didn't stand out from the many others I've had around the city. Overall it was an enjoyable sandwich and I'd have no issue eating another, but it's not a place I'd plan a trip for specifically for a Reuben.
