Last week my 2012 Sorento's engine decided to stop running. I was in a panic and didn't know what to do I initially called Kia on Independence and the guy there did not offer much assistance. He told me to tow it there and they'll see if they could look at it the next day.
So... I called Kia of Concord. In my first minute of talking to Carrie, she was so helpful. She told me right away that I have free roadside assistance with my vehicle being under warranty. She gave me all the info I needed to get my vehicle to the dealership. She assured me that my vehicle would get looked at that day and when my car arrived at the dealership, she called to let me know. I received a call everyday from the dealership with an update on my vehicle. They were very knowledgeable and honest about all the things that was going in with my car. They were also honest when they weren't sure what was going on with the car.
When I went to pick up my vehicle, Carrie was there to greet me with a smile and speak to me like we weren't strangers. She has made this experience very pleasant for me.
This has been hands down the BEST customer service I have received from any auto service ever!!
