  • They engage in illegal practices, within a week of cancellation due to moving out of state they will send your account to collections, I called and tried to make a payment over the phone they refused to take the payment, and forwarded me to a collection agency who didn't have my information then gave me a bogus number for their own "internal" collections department who NEVER answer the phone!!!!!!! Then told me I can western union them the money, well guess what.... western union has barred them access to doing any business with them!!!! I wonder why!!! It's so sad because they are really your only option in Las Vegas. Someone needs to do something because they are truly garbage! I never had a company try to refuse to take my payment!!!!
