rev:text	We visited this place while out of town since I was craving for crawfish. I was so excited to see this place open! The crawfish was so fresh and juicy. The flavor was so good!!!! I enjoyed my experience here. As far as the other reviews stating the menu was confusing, this basically is a new breed of restaurants, crawfish and Vietnamese food together! This is not a Cajun restaurant so if you're looking for dirty rice this place is not it. The only thing bad I have to say is the spice level was a little inconsistent since I ordered medium level both times and one was way Spicer than the other. (I ate there twice in one weekend)
