  • I received a message from VIP III saying that new owners bought out the salon and of course I was skeptical from my previous dealings with this shop. They read my review and knew there was damage control to be done from the previous employees who left bad tastes in many mouths. I was asked to come in and give the salon another shot and much to my surprise this shop is completely new! As soon as I walked in I was greeted and attended to in a friendly professional manner. They hadn't yet known who I was but all the same they were treating every person who walked through the door with the courtesy that the previous employees lacked. The service provided was unmatched!!!!! I went in for a gel pedicure and Tran who serviced me was skillful, warm, and meticulous with her work.. everything you want a salon owner/employee to be! She was very sympathetic to my previous experience at the shop as she discussed the necessary changes she needed to make to transform the salon to where it is today. I am beyond pleased that my review of this salon was able to do a complete 180 & I am POSITIVE I'll be back!
