  • My Husband had scheduled an appt that was suppose to be between 12-2 pm today! We get a call at 1:20 pm after my Husband texted the receptionist to see how far out they were, the call stated that Arnold, the owner, was at a Cardinals football game and couldn't make it! So my Husband then told the company we were going to put a bad review on yelp and home advisor for their unprofessionalism, since my Husband had to take the time off work to wait around for this company! We then proceeded to get a voice mail from Arnold stating that he was honest with us why he couldn't make it and that we should not put a review on him and that he owned the company and had more positives than negatives! Also that my Husband should call him if he wanted to vent! All in his quotes! Which we have a saved voice mail! I would not recommend this company whatsoever because of their business ethics!
